Sean Townsend, Owner

Sean Townsend is an American artistic gymnast. He was part of the US Men's gymnastics team at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia and the 1999 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships team. He was part of the 2001 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships team where he became world champion on Parallel Bars and helped his team win a silver medal in the Team finals. He also qualified to the Men's Individual All Around final where he placed 8th.

Chris Moak, Owner

Chris has been coaching Gymnastics for 14 years. He began his coaching endeavor after watching a local gymnastics competition. After just a few months coaching in the recreational and preschool program, Chris was quickly promoted into the competitive program. Chris has been the coach of many local, State, Regional, and National qualifiers and champions in both the men's and women's fields. Chris is married to his wife Nina, who also spends time assisting in the gym. He is a Houston sports fan including the Astros, Rockets, and Texans. When time permits, he and Sean will take on the golf course.
